Our members have been the mainstay of support to PVS for five decades, allowing us to grow our legacy of wayfinding and voyaging beyond the boundaries of Polynesia. Last year over 1,000 individuals became contributing members, filling our sails with their support through the first year of the Moananuiākea voyage! This year we hope you will continue to support Hōkūleʻa, Hikianalia, and our crew members as we continue to spread the mission of the Moananuiākea voyage.

This year’s membership design features a woodblock depiction of Hōkūleʻa and Hikianalia from artist and PVS crew member Todd Yamashita. Todd, specializing in Media and Documentation while on the canoe, was also honored with The Automobile License Plate Collectors Association (ALPCA) 2022 Best Plate Award for his PVS Specialty License Plate design.
